Rhodes, Greece. We had been there but more around the island before, so we decided to walk around the old town and get some lunch. We discovered a wonderful tiny restaurant where we got to know the owner, his wife the chef, and their two little girls. The food was amazing too. Maybe one of you creatives can figure out how to combine zucchini and mint to recreate the incredible zucchini balls we had!
